From August 2020, you can pay for your stay in our hotel with a Tourist Voucher.

Below we present the most important information regarding the redemption of vouchers.

1.What is the Tourist Voucher?
The voucher is an electronic document. It has a unique 16-digit number, it is available on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE) of ZUS (select the "General" tab, and then "Polish Tourist Voucher"). This document shows, among others, who is entitled to the benefit, for which children, the amount of the benefit for each child and the total amount of benefits granted.

2. When can the Voucher be used?

Tourist vouchers can be used until September 30, 2022. However, if we pay for the hotel stay by that day, we can

use the service also after this date. It is worth knowing that vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash .

3.How to get a voucher?
In order to receive a Tourist Voucher, you do not need to submit an application, you only need to activate the voucher on your PUE ZUS profile. To do this, log in to your profile at PUE ZUS, then select the "General" tab from the top menu and go to the "Polish Tourist Voucher"> "My voucher"> "Activate voucher" and fill in your current e-mail and number mobile phone.
In order to receive an additional benefit in the form of a voucher for a disabled child, a declaration of the entitled person must be submitted by the Electronic Services Platform (PUE) to ZUS in order to determine the right to an additional benefit in the form of a Polish Tourist Voucher (PBT).

4. Value of the Tourist Voucher.
The benefit in the form of a Tourist Voucher is granted for each child in the amount of PLN 500.
A disabled child is entitled to a benefit in the total amount of PLN 1,000 - one benefit in the form of a voucher in the amount of PLN 500 and one additional benefit in the form of a voucher in the amount of PLN 500.

5. How to pay with a Tourist Voucher.
To pay with a Tourist Voucher, you must first provide the payment code at the reception. Then, after entering this code by the receptionist, a code confirming the payment will be sent via SMS - it must be given to the person accepting the payment in order to complete the payment.
The payment service code is sent to the e-mail address provided after activating the voucher in the PUE ZUS system. The payment service code is also available at PUE ZUS in the "Polish Tourist Voucher"> "My Voucher" tab.
In the event of entering an incorrect payment service code, the person accepting the payment may re-enter it.
If you enter an incorrect code confirming the payment (sent by text message), the payment will be canceled. You should then re-enter the payment service code, and then the new confirmation code received via SMS.
You can pay with the Tourist Voucher many times, until the amount of the benefit is exhausted. If the hotel service exceeds the value of the voucher, the missing part can be paid in cash, by card or by bank transfer.
The current balance of funds to be used can be checked on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE) of ZUS. To do this, select the "General" tab from the top menu and go to the "Polish Tourist Voucher"> "My voucher" tab
